Winter Delivery Policy
Our delivery policy changed due to instances where driveway conditions caused our trucks to get stuck, resulting in tows.

Customers will be responsible for half of any towing expenses that are incurred due to poor driveway conditions. Please make necessary preparations in advance of your deliveries to assure that we can access your driveway. If your driveway isn't going to be accessible, please communicate an alternate delivery location when your order is placed.

We are still offering feed deliveries every other week at no charge. Thank you for your help in keeping your driveway accessible so that our deliveries run smoothly for you and other customers who rely on this free service.

Free delivery: In order to improve our efficiency and keep our trucks rolling we'd appreciate the following:
    • The order rides on our regularly scheduled route truck to your area (every two weeks on a Thursday or Friday)
    • Minimum of $150 order (anything can ride on the truck: lumber, hardware, pet food, gardening supplies and more to help reach the minimum requirement)
    • Order is received by 5:00 pm on the Tuesday of your delivery week.
      - Orders received after 5:00 pm on Tuesday of your delivery week will be subject to a delivery charge and space availability.
    • Order is pre-paid to avoid delays in our delivery route truck on the day of delivery (credit card at time of order, credit card left on file, check sent in
advance, order and payment processed through e-Barn).

Any other feed sale will carry a flat delivery charge based on location.

All other farm related products including hay, Chaffhaye, shavings, bedding pellets, fencing, etc as well as lumber, building materials, hardware, paint and anything else we sell can ride for free with a qualifying feed order.

Help on site at the time of delivery for orders of more than 10 bags and bales of any one product is expected.

Full pallet discount available for 40 bags of the same product.

We send reminder emails early in the week prior to our usual delivery days of Thursday. Please send an email or call to request to be added to the list for the reminder email.

There are three ways to order:

1. You can place your order through our eBarn. Orders that meet our free delivery criteria can be delivered for free on our bi-weekly route truck!
2. Send us an email.
3. Call our Jay store at 946-2216 or our Malone store at 483-8888.
